- Nothing to send back. Digital purchases are refunded without you needing to return, print, or delete anything. Your app access simply ends when the refund is issued.
- The full 90 days. You can request your refund any time within 90 days of purchase by emailing support@trailies.com with your order number.
- We will offer to help first. Most families see a breakthrough after a small tweak, so we may share a quick suggestion. Taking it is entirely optional and never a condition of your refund.
Physical Products
This covers the printed Big Feelings Deck, the printed Tween/Teen Edition, and the printed Comeback Deck. Physical orders ship with free, insured worldwide shipping, and they carry the same 90-day guarantee.
- Refund first, logistics second. Email support@trailies.com with your order number within 90 days and we will take care of you.
- Return or donate, our choice. Rather than making you jump through return hoops, we may ask you to either send the deck back or donate it to a family, classroom, or library near you. We pick one of the two and send you simple, reasonable handling instructions either way.
- Damaged or defective? Tell us within the guarantee window and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
- Heads up on shipping. If we ask you to return a deck, you cover return shipping, and original shipping costs aren't refundable. Everything else comes back to you.
How to Request Your Refund
Email us at support@trailies.com with your order number and the product you are claiming the guarantee on.
We reply within 1-2 business days. For printed decks we will tell you whether to return the deck or donate it, with simple instructions.
Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a little extra time to post it.
School, Teacher & Bulk Orders
Bulk orders and school or district purchases placed by purchase order or invoice are handled case by case. Please have the invoice contact (the person or office named on the invoice) email support@trailies.com with the invoice number, and we will work out a fair resolution together.
